How it Works
Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services will offer three employees who enroll in Reiss-Davis Graduate School a $8,666 scholarship annually for three years of coursework. In total, a VDM employee will receive $26K over the span of three years to support their education. Requirements for applying are:
How it Impacts You
A significant financial barrier has been removed with the support from the agency. Employees will have the opportunity to elevate their understanding of psychodynamic, neurobiological, and trauma informed (PNT) perspective optimized for child, adolescent, and family diagnostics and psychotherapy. In addition, the first-year students also qualify to receive a $5K first year enrollment scholarship!

To offer mental health providers a unique doctoral education integrating psychodynamic, neurobiological, and trauma-informed perspectives and prepare them with competency in theory, skills, technique, and professionalism to more effectively serve the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and their families from a position of cultural humility, equity, and inclusion to make a difference in their lives.
